Cranberry Crunch Fried Rice: Fried rice with curry powder, onion, green onion, pineapple, tomato, dried cranberries and cashews. Served with crispy fried chicken breast and drizzled with an apple cranberry sweet and sour sauce.
Volcano Shrimp: Crispy breaded shrimp, steamed broccoli, carrot, cauliflower, cabbage and tamarind sauce. Garnished with crushed peanut and cilantro. Served with side of white rice.
